Nokia Internet Tablet is the name for a series of small mobile computers of Nokia. They are classified between PDAs and Ultra-Mobile PC. As the generic name implies, they are primarily intended for the mobile Internet. To this end, they have a full web browser software to e-mail processing, an RSS Reader and PDF, audio, image and video applications. Unlike other portable devices, N770 is a complete Linux distribution, and not restrictive embedded version is used, therefore, the Nokia 770 was acted upon publication as an unofficial Zaurus successor. The Nokia 770 Internet Tablet was the first of Nokia and was on 25 May 2005 at the LinuxWorld Summit in New York presented. The launch was originally planned for the third quarter of 2005 and even after several Nokia increased its production capacity, there was after the actual release date (November 1, 2005) for several months longer delivery time than 4 weeks. The Nokia 770 has recently been buying for 349 € at Nokia, is now, however, no longer available. This tablet has browser engine that can render web pages with ease. You can even get debt consolidation loans from this device. Though it was feature rich, the device was not a big hit among the public.
